Made to Measure & Popular Sizes

You can select from a list of over sizes from the "Popular Sizes" tab. These cover lots of common artwork sizes from A4 certificates to huge Ordnance Survey maps. If the size you require is not offered as a standard size, don't worry, you can order a made to measure frame and save yourself a lots of money.

Measuring

Measuring for your new frame couldn't be simpler. All you have to do is tell us the size of your artwork in millimetres (mm). Follow our easy, step-by-step guide below.

1. Lay and flatten your picture on a level surface
2. Take the measurements of the height and width of the area you'd like to frame. If you're planning on trimming your picture, please do so before taking measurements. If your picture has white borders and you don't want to see them, you'll need to trim them off.

3. Please double check your measurements or confirm your sizes with a friend
4. Simply input the measurements you've taken (in mm) and we'll make sure the frame fits your picture
5. For example, you're framing a picture that's mm x mm, input the sizes mm x mm.

Non-Furniture Items

We will accept returns and exchanges of non-furniture items if they are returned within 15 days of customer receipt, a valid proof of purchase is provided, and items are returned in good condition (unused and unwashed). Live botanicals cannot be returned or exchanged.

Stock Furniture, Rugs and Rug Pads

If you are not satisfied with your Stock furniture, rug or rug pad purchase upon receipt, you must contact us within 7 days of your delivery or pickup to arrange a return. The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery or pickup. All items will be inspected upon return. A restocking fee will apply, starting at 25% of the purchase price, for any items not returned in good condition or outside the stated time frame. Additional Colors and Frames, Custom Furniture, and Personalization

These special-order items are made to your individual specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We require a 50% deposit for all Additional Color, Additional Frame and Custom order merchandise. Once you place your order for Additional Color, Additional Frame or Custom merchandise, you have 48 hours to change or cancel. After 48 hours, your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. The hour time frame begins as soon as you place your order and confirm your fabric selection in a store or online. For Personalization orders, the full amount is required at time of purchase; personalized or monogrammed items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled at any time and are nonrefundable.
