I am not one to do reviews, however I thought this needed to be said. My girlfriend and I stood there on July 19th for one night. The location was good and convenient, the room was nice, however there are a few things that did not let us fully enjoy our stay. Most importantly, we did not have hot water to shower. The fact that you have to pay $400+ a night for a resort with no hot water is despicable and embarrassing. All of the outlets were loose and only worked when you held the cord to the actual port, and some did not work at all. Lastly, the tv/cable did not work. We informed reception, and management about the situations and they are not interested in assisting to make matters better. Completely turned off by their horrible customer service and will never stay here again. Please beware of where you are spending your hard earned money...
