Five Nights at Freddys PT/BR
Withered Golden Freddy
Golden Freddy atacando o jogador.
Night of Misfits
No minigame SAVE THEM, Golden Freddy aparece aleatoriamente em algumas salas.
Five Nights at Freddy's World

Michael Brooks (Books)
Golden Freddy is dirty, light, and dark yellow. He has a black top hat and black bow tie. He also has all-black eyes with white pinprick pupils (or no eyes at all). Golden Freddy has black freckles on his nose, similar to Freddy.
His appearance in Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery however is a bit different. His teeth have become solid gold, while his Endoskeleton joints don't attach properly. In addition, the lighter gold color is more of a bright yellow.
When checking CAM 2B, the player will see a Freddy poster on the wall, that can become a close-up of Golden Freddy's face with a one in a hundred thousand chance. While this picture of him is being viewed, a young girl's laugh can be heard. If the player sees the Golden Freddy poster and then switches back to the Office, Golden Freddy will have appeared within the Office. His appearance causes different images to flash on the screen for split seconds, along with the words "IT'S ME". Golden Freddy will wait idly for few seconds before killing the night guard, forcibly closing the game. The moment the player sees him, the player must bring up the Monitor before Golden Freddy kills the night guard. Doing so will cause him to disappear.
Alternatively, the player can avoid him entirely by simply not looking at the West Hall Corner camera poster (CAM 2B), which will prevent him from being summoned in the first place. However, this may prove difficult, as players may be tempted to watch this particular corner in case Bonnie is making a move toward the Office.
After an update, inputting the A.I. levels 1-9-8-7 (the year of the bite of '87) on Night 7, Golden Freddy's jumpscare will play, crashing the game in the process. It is unlikely that this bears any lore significance, however.
Five Nights at Freddy's 2
While Golden Freddy's withered counterpart features as an antagonist from Night 6 onwards, Golden Freddy appears in his original form in the Night 3 cutscene. Here, standing up, he looks at Freddy, who is the players point of view, alongside Bonnie and Chica.
Five Nights at Freddy's 3
Golden Freddy only appears in the Happiest Day Minigame. Here, the child possessing him is standing behind a table. She is given cake by the Puppet, and, after the Golden Freddy mask appears on the child's face, she vanishes, leaving the mask behind.
Ultimate Custom Night
While Golden Freddy's withered counterpart is a customizable antagonist in Ultimate Custom Night, the final cutscene will reveal Golden Freddy in his original form from the first game, twitching constantly within pitch blackness.
Golden Freddy returns again within the AR game. His animations are all glitchy, as if he doesn't have proper control over himself. Occasionally, his torso will float up higher, revealing his detached Endoskeleton. The Glitchy behavior also carries over to his in-game mechanic.
He will switch between the AIs of almost all of the animatronics, excluding Frostbear, Jack-o-Bonnie, Jack-o-Chica, and Plushtrap. To defeat him, you must select the appropriate tool within the Tool menu, replacing the original Flashlight button. In addition, you have to shock him three times to win. The available combinations are:
- Sound meter + Battery
- Flashlight + Timer
- Shock + Mask
These can be switched at any time throughout the fight. In addition, there are 5 combinations that are grayed out, being:
- Shock + Battery
- Flashlight + Sound meter
- Shock + Flashlight
- Mask + Battery
- Timer + Battery
Though unknown if this is a glitch, switching tools with the Flashlight on will have it remain on until you switch back or use the mask.
Depending on the AI he has taken, he will take on characteristics of the character's AI, although not completely.
Similarly to Endo-01, He will move slowly, rarely charging and easy to track. Unless other modes are enabled, he will function identical to the Endo.
Freddy Fazbear mode
He'll function almost identical to Freddy, as he will move more frequently while cloaked, and wait until the correct chance to strike. His static is still easy to track. Very rarely, Golden Freddy may use one of his voice lines.
When Bonnie mode activates, he'll prefer to remain cloaked, stalling out the battle as Bonnie normally does. He also takes on the shorter haywire timer or charge vulnerability of Bonnie.
Golden Freddy will move more slowly, taking on Chica's mechanics. Keeping track of him is mandatory, as he will attack randomly, and may not give time to find him after the charge has begun.
Upon activation of the mode, he will haywire and fake charge more commonly, and will start off closer than most animatronics. In this phase, it is recommended to use the Flashlight to watch his location. He will occasionally use Foxy's lines.
Toy Freddy mode
When the phase starts, Golden Freddy will gain Toy Freddy's Power Drain ability. In addition to this, when he haywires, the mask will now be needed while staring at him. While somewhat easy to locate, the Flashlight will make keeping track of him a simpler task.
It should be noted that he goes into this mode more commonly.
Toy Bonnie mode
Similarly to the original Toy Bonnie mechanics, his haywire can alternate between red and white eyes. Stare at him with the mask on when his eyes are white, and look away when they're red. He will charge from farther away, and will commonly decloak.
Toy Chica mode
He is far faster, and circles around the player while haywiring commonly. When he haywires, stare at him with the mask on, unless a prior phase requires the player to look away. Tracking him with the flashlight is almost required, as he charges from up close, and has a larger static range.
Golden Freddy can now drop parts on the ground, including his Tophat, his Microphone, his arm, or one of his legs. Like with Mangle, these must be collected on a timer. When he haywires, his eyes will be red, and require the player to look away with the mask on. When he decloaks, shock him as normal.
Balloon Boy mode
His footsteps become quieter, making it hard to track when he moves. It is less likely for him to haywire or charge, although his charge is quieter. He will charge from closer, providing less time to shock him.
Golden Freddy gains Springtrap's haywire chain ability, along with the ability to change eye colors mid-haywire. Stare at him when his eyes are white, look away when they are red. His static range is far larger, but is possible to track roughly. When he charges, his eyes will be red, and he'll start closer to the player; Simple shock him as normal.
It should be noted that he goes into this mode more commonly.
Circus Baby mode
Circus Baby's Fake Haywire can be utilized, allowing him to haywire while he charges, requiring players to look away. In addition to this, he'll charge from right next to the player, providing very little time to be shocked.
He will begin tracking the player's movement. It will be required to switch to the Sound Meter in the tablet, which will reveal his location, as well as lowering the chance of an accidental jumpscare. The Minireenas will join him, replacing the interference, but still causing the same impact as normal.
His footsteps will be far faster, and can often times reduce the player's ability to hear when parts drop. Listening closely, however, it is still possible.
Similarly to Mangle mode, the player will be required to collect his parts, which may be dropped throughout the fight. The same four parts can be dropped, and upon collection will cause him to charge. When this happens, shock him as he closes in regardless of if he decloaks.
It should be noted that he goes into this mode more commonly, and is generally buggier in it.
8-bit Baby mode
Golden Freddy's footsteps are quieter, making it harder to tell when he moves. He will also move slower, alongside haywiring more frequently. He'll charge more commonly, closer to the player, giving a short timeframe to shock him.
The Silver Eyes
Golden Freddy is a major character in The Silver Eyes. Unlike the games, He is possessed by a boy named Michael Brooks. In The Silver Eyes, he is also implied to be the mascot suit used to lure the children to the back room.
1:35 AM - The New Kid
Golden Freddy's suit appears in 1:35 AM. It appears in the third story, where Devon tries to trick Kelsey into putting on the suit for a little bit. Kelsey puts on the Golden Freddy suit all on his own, and proceeds to get springlocked. A week later Devon returns to check on Kelsey, only to see he's gone, and gets his hand caught by some springlocks. While Devon is slowly bleeding out, he sees the top of a head, someone with curly black hair.

- Golden Freddy can appear when doors are closed, e.g. it can teleport into the Office.
- Golden Freddy was a fan-given name for the first game. Its real name, according to the game files, is Yellow Bear. On the Custom Night screen for Five Nights at Freddy's 2, however, his name is shown to be Golden Freddy.
- It wasn't until FNaF World that this version of Golden Freddy (FNaF 1 classic) was referred to with the name Golden Freddy rather than Yellow Bear.
- Since it's not seen in-camera and can disappear, there is a high possibility that it is, in fact, a hallucination. However, until there is a confirmation, this possibility can be considered just a fan made theory.
- Golden Freddy is seemingly confirmed to exist (in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, at least) thanks to the final call in the second game where a spare suit, referred to as the "Yellow one" is reported to have been used. It is not confirmed yet, because it can also refer to the other "yellow suit," Springtrap.
- In the first game, it is really easy to deflect Golden Freddy's jumpscare, just pull the monitor back up and he will leave the office until you see the poster again.
- Golden Freddy is implied to be the one who ultimately killed Phone Guy, as his jumpscare noise plays at the end of the call.
- Golden Freddy features in the Five Nights At Freddy's 3 minigame "Stage 01"
- Many Fans theorized that Golden Freddy is the Child bitten by Fredbear, using evidence such as the Happiest Day minigame. However there are many clues that contradict this, such as the problem of what happened to the fifth victim of the Missing Children's Incident.
- Some fans think Cassidy and the crying child are the same character. There is evidence to contradict this; Cassidy is confirmed to be a female, while the crying child is a male, and Afton would have no reason to kill his own son.
- In FNaF 1 Golden Freddy apparently has a girl laugh.
- In the Freddy Files, it says he and Fredbear are the same being.
- This could mean that Golden Freddy is Fredbear without an endoskeleton.
- The Freddy Files does have errors in some spots, however, so this could be another one of those errors sneaking through. Golden Freddy's appearance in Five Nights at Freddy's 2 does not match Fredbear's appearance from Ultimate Custom Night. While to some this may not seem like much, Scott Cawthon is very picky about making sure designs line up between connected characters.
- Decoding the code of the Logbook implies the name of the Golden Freddy ghost is Cassidy.
- Golden Freddy is one of the only beings that is capable of crashing your game, with the other being Shadow Bonnie.
- It should also be noted that Golden Freddy only crashes the first game.
- Because of his power, it is theorized that Golden Freddy is the mastermind behind Ultimate Custom Night, and that he created Ultimate Custom Night as a purgatory for William Afton. In the Old Man Consequences Easter egg it is believed that he is telling Golden Freddy to leave William to his fate, and when you drown yourself the game crashes.
- There is also a new theory that poses the idea that golden Freddy might be possessed by two souls. One of them being Cassidy and the other being Kelsey (The One you shouldn’t have killed), as Fazbear Frights: 1:35 AM that that Kelsey was trapped and spring locked inside the Golden Freddy suit. One of the reasons why this theory makes sense is because The One you shouldn’t have killed is supposed to be a male, whereas Cassidy is apparently a girl. However, this theory is false because of one point: There's another "The One You Should Not Have Killed" Candidate, Andrew. Andrew told Jake, the other child inside Stitchwraith, that he wanted to get back at someone who killed him by attaching his soul to the man in order to keep him in eternal suffering, just like the whispered quotes of the Vengeful Spirit in UCN told about the Spirit's intentions towards the player.
- Golden Freddy's mechanic in Special Delivery is the most unique, in that it combines the mechanics of several characters that are found difficult by players.
- Because of this, combining his CPU with an 8-bit Baby plushsuit can be one of the most deadly combinations in the game, due to a lack of footsteps combined with no visible change in the eyes during his Haywire.
Withered Golden Freddy
Withered Yellow Bear
Withered Yellow Freddy
Haunted animatronic suit
Unknown animatronic, Female soul
Withered Golden Freddy is an antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. His design appears to be similiar to Withered Freddy, except he has more withering in places and is completely missing an ear.
Withered Golden Freddy's appearance has not changed much. He does look more damaged than he did in the first game, as he is missing one ear and has a few wires coming out of his eye socket. His head also appears to be tilting to the left instead of the right like he did so in FNaF 1.
Withered Golden Freddy has two movement patterns, one is appearing in the Office Hall and jumpscaring you if you stare at it too long. The second version of his first movement is to appear as a disembodied head in the hall like the first time but instead, you don't look at it too long and put the monitor up, and then you put it down and he appears in your Office. His second movement is just to appear in the Office and then he will disappear if not putting the monitor down, he will jumpscare you as a disembodied head. The only way to evade the hallway jumpscare is to flash the flashlight quickly down the hallway, like a camera flash, and if he is there, the player should not use the flashlight until he goes away. If he appears in the office, put down the mask. A tactic that the player should use is when the monitor is put down, the player should immediately put on the mask. On PC, the player must flick the mouse on the camera tab and very quickly flick it at the mask tab. This tactic can also help with any animatronics that appears in front of the player when they put down the monitor. The characters that are evaded with the tactic are Toy Freddy, Withered Freddy, Withered Chica, Withered Bonnie and Shadow Bonnie. This tactic can also be used on mobile. The player must position their thumbs or fingers over the buttons to quickly be able to switch between the monitor and mask.

Five Nights At Freddy's
Animatronic bear (ghost)
Golden Freddy is a mysterious, ghost-like entity who takes the form of a yellow bear resembling both Freddy Fazbear and Fredbear. He plays a prominent role in the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise, although his origins are cryptic and unknown.
Golden Freddy appears to be a cross between Freddy and Fredbear with missing eyes. His hat and bow tie appear to be tinted dark blue, as opposed to Freddy's black ones and Fredbear's purple ones, though this may be the result of lighting. Upon closer inspection, a microphone can be seen lying on his right palm, as well as two pinprick white dot-like pupils within his otherwise empty eye sockets.
His paws are facing palms up. It is also possible that there is an endoskeleton in the suit. If one looks at the arms, a few wires and parts of the endoskeleton are visible, which share the same coloration as his accessories, though this may just be cords holding together the separate pieces of his suit. His jaw hangs open and his head is tilted to the right. He is also presented in a sitting, slouched position as if he were deceased.
In the second game, Golden Freddy now takes a form mimicking Withered Freddy's appearance as a unique model of his own. He appears to be in a decrepit state, much like the other withered animatronics, with a missing left ear, and a good deal of damage with loose wires and exposed parts. Also similar to the other withered animatronics, he now has upper teeth, wires are coming out of his empty sockets and shoulders, and small bits of the suit are faded and ripped. His arms and legs seem darker than the rest of his body. His head is noticeably thinner than Withered Freddy's. He seems to be more visibly clutching his microphone rather than having it lay on his palm. Unlike his form in the first game, he seems much shorter, his pupils are not visible (as he does not seem to have eyes at all), and he appears to have no bow tie, though his lower jaw may be blocking it from view. If one looks closely, he has a black button on his chest, similar to Withered Freddy. His head also seems to be tilting to the left rather than to the right. He seems to have some blood on his suit.
He appears in the Office after a certain sequence of events is triggered. When checking CAM 2B, the player will see a poster on the wall. It can switch between three different versions: a normal picture of Freddy, a distorted version (in which he appears to rip off his head), or a close-up of Golden Freddy's face. While this picture of him is being viewed, a young child's laugh can be heard.
If the player sees the Golden Freddy poster and then switches back to the Office, Golden Freddy will be waiting for them. His appearance causes different images to flash on the screen for split seconds, along with the words "IT'S ME". Golden Freddy will wait idly for up to 5 seconds before killing the night guard, abruptly closing the game. This does happen in the mobile version but the chances of it occurring are much lower than the PC version.
Unlike all of the other animatronics in the game, Golden Freddy does not give any indication of approach or arrival within the Office. He completely disregards the doors, appearing whether they are open or closed. Unlike the other animatronics, the screen will be covered by a static image of Golden Freddy's face upon attack, akin to the images that flash during Mike Schmidt's hallucinations.
The moment the player sees him, the player must bring up the Monitor before Golden Freddy kills the night guard. Doing so will cause him to disappear, thus preventing death and a game shutdown.
Alternatively, the player can avoid him entirely by simply not looking at the West Hall Corner camera poster (CAM 2B), which will prevent him from being summoned in the first place. However, this may prove difficult, as players may be tempted to watch this particular corner in case Bonnie is making a move toward the Office
Golden Freddy returns in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, playing a more active role where he is now one of the characters whose difficulty settings may be altered. Unlike the other Classic animatronics, he does not have an official Withered designation nor does he have a toy counterpart. The only place where Golden Freddy's original form is seen standing is in the Night 3 cutscene. His appearance also seemingly corresponds to the one from the first game, including both of his ears and his bow-tie.
Golden Freddy will only become an active character on Night 6 and the Custom Night if he is enabled. At random, Golden Freddy can instantly appear in the Office or the hall just outside, slumped in a similar position to the one he had in the first game, or simply as a giant ghostly head, oddly floating in the distance, respectively.
Shortly afterward, his body will vanish, only for his head to rush at the player and kill them if they do nothing to counter him. Golden Freddy is much more difficult to deal with than in the first game, as raising the Monitor will no longer prevent Golden Freddy from killing the night guard (unless his giant head is floating in the hallway). To avoid being killed by Golden Freddy, the player must either equip the Freddy Fazbear Head immediately upon spotting him in The Office or turn off the Flashlight while he's in the hallway. (He can attack the night guard from the hallway, and will do so if the player observes him for too long.)
If the player is in the Monitor for a long time, there is a 60% chance that Golden Freddy will appear in The Office unless another animatronic is present.
On the Custom Night, when only Golden Freddy is set to 20, he will occasionally just sit still and not fade away if he appears in the Office. This is unlikely to happen, but it has been reported. As long as the player does not use the Flashlight nor the Freddy Head, he will remain where he is in the Office, until either Withered Foxy or the Puppet attack the night guard.
Unlike in the first game, Golden Freddy in Five Nights at Freddy's 2 does not close the game after killing the night guard. Instead, the Game Over screen will show up as normal.
Golden Freddy makes a minor appearance in Five Nights at Freddy's 3 in the minigames "Stage01" and a brief appearance in the "RWQFSFASXC Mini Game". Golden Freddy's mask is also worn by the child at the end of the "Happiest Day" Minigame.
Golden Freddy's model from the second game is also used for Phantom Freddy, albeit with him in an upright position and the lack of half of his right leg.
Although Golden Freddy doesn't directly appear, his standard counterpart does. His role is replaced by Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare.
