We strictly enforce a 24 hour cancellation notice (48 hours around the holidays.) No shows will be charged 1 days stay (2 over the holidays.)

A $15 after hours fee will be applied for any pickup/dropoffs outside of business hours.

Paws in the City is an all-volunteer nonprofit 501(c)3 organization committed to ending the abuse, neglect and overpopulation of Dallas-area dogs and cats. With humble beginnings and a strong faith, the business has grown to become the area's finest pet vacation spot. Canine Country Club Inc started in a garage in 1991. Over the years several additions were made as the business grew. In 2014 we began the journey of opening our 2nd location, The Windsor.

To this day, founders and co-owners Gary & Kim Buchen still live on-location in their restored 1800's farm house. Their daughter and son-in-law (and co-owners) Dashia & Cody Stauffer, live in Manheim and can be found daily around the Resorts doing what they love best, caring for you and your pets.
