Order Confirmation

When we receive your order we will send a web order receipt to the email address that you provided with your order. Your order is placed with Jostens when a receipt appears on your screen. Your detailed receipt includes the number of items purchased, sales tax and total order price.

Print your receipt screen for future reference. If the receipt does not appear, follow the instructions that appear on the screen or email us.

Yearbooks and Yearbook Add-Ons

  • When are the yearbooks delivered and where?
    Please contact your school's yearbook adviser to see how he/she is handling the yearbook distribution at your school.

  • How can I verify my order?
    You will receive a statement at your home that will show all items you have ordered. If you have misplaced your statement, please call 1-866-282-1516 or email us at [email protected] 

  • How can I make sure that my personalization order is spelled correctly?
    The personalization that you have ordered will be printed on the statement that you receive. Please confirm that it is correct. If it needs to be changed, you can:

    • Call 1-866-282-1516 to make the change.

    • Email us at [email protected] to make change.

    • Go online to jostensyearbooks.com, follow the prompts to find your school, enter your account number and make the necessary change to your personalization.

  • How can I change my address?
    If address changes are needed, please call 1-866-282-1516 or email us at [email protected]

  • How do I cancel my order?
    If you, unfortunately, decide to cancel your order, please call 1-866-282-1516 and a customer service representative will assist you.

  • Can I wait to order and purchase a yearbook after they have delivered to the school?
    While your school may order extras to sell during distribution, a yearbook will not be reserved in your name. The only way to ensure that you receive your yearbook is to purchase your yearbook through this method.

  • I would like to purchase a yearbook from a prior year. How can I do that?
    All yearbooks that are printed are shipped to the school. Contact the school's media center or yearbook adviser to see if there are any copies available.

  • I did not receive a yearbook order form. How do I place my order?
    If you would like to place your order now, please go back to your school's order screen and select "Place a New Yearbook Order". If you do not wish to order online, please call 1-866-282-1516 to place your order.

  • How do I check order status of my yearbook item(s) that ship directly to me?
    Your order will ship via UPS. You should receive a shipment confirmation email from Jostens Fulfillment with your order tracking information. Please reference this email to determine the progress of your order. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-866-282-1516.

  • When will I receive my item(s)?
    Your order will ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of order. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days. If you have not received your order after two weeks of business days, please call 1-866-282-1516. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

  • How to I cancel or make changes to my order?
    Due to the quick shipment time for products shipping direct, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us at 1-866-282-1516 for assistance.

  • How much will I pay for shipping/delivery?
    Standard shipping is $5.95. Express shipping is also available for an additional $10 per order.

  • Personalized Products Return Policy
    Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we are not able to process refunds or returns on personalized products.

    With personalization products, Jostens is not responsible for the following: Errors in spelling, punctuation, or accuracy in the text entered by the customer. Please preview any custom text carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Jostens does not and will not proofread for (or correct) any such mistakes.
