very high workload but staffing is an issue mostly due to corporate giving minimal banks of payroll to stores, so a store completing all department tasks for all areas within a day is extremely challenging, and is sometimes passed off by store level management as a result of low performance when in reality the metrics and workload are nearly impossible without enough bodies. a better retail company to work for with better culture than others, but expect very high expectations for workload that you will not be able to complete unless taking shortcuts and minimizing focus on guest service and not doing things to "brand"

hours and pay starting to improve for some but not all, target is making effort to get non-leadership team members closer to their desired hours before making hiring decisions but it seems like this is not widespread and many team members are still struggling to get the weekly hours they want/need

Target’s new Raleigh Six Forks store is now open as of August 11, 2021!

The soft opening takes place on Wednesday, August 11 and the official grand opening is taking place on Sunday, August 15.

The store is located at 8701 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615 in the old Kmart location. It is approximately 114,000 square feet and employs about 150 team members.

The store hours are Monday – Saturday, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

This store is Target’s 15th store in the greater Raleigh area, which altogether employ more than 2,600 team members. The company is planning to open more than 30 new stores this year, according to a company statement.
