-$3K (10%) less than average Starbucks salary ($30K)"The pay at Starbucks as a Barista begins as minimum wage, but there are many perks which make the job worthwhile. There are stock incentives, the company pays for their partners to further their education as far as a bachelor’s degree, and there are yearly raises. As a Barista Trainer, each time one gets to train a new hire, there is a $50 bonus along with the opportunity to teach and help develop another individual."
-$9K (35%) less than average Starbucks salary ($30K)"Starbucks is a difficult company when it comes to pay. I think they believe they can pay less because they offer their partners so many benefits. However, being newly graduated, $ doesn't keep me afloat very much. I just wish as a company, Starbucks would look at your background and apply any raises or bonuses based on that."
-$9K (35%) less than average Starbucks salary ($30K)"The pay at Starbucks was decent for the work we do. Sadly due to covid there wasn't much room for promotions. Shift managers make a dollar and hour extra for increased responsibilities. Managers above them make salary."

They also offer Healthcare benefits for both part-time and full-time workers, along with (k) matching, and discounted stock options for company shares. Starbucks also offers full tuition reimbursement through Arizona State University’s online degree program."

General Manager yearly salaries in the United States at Starbucks
High-Scale Fast Food
General Manager (Current Employee) - Washington State - February 24,
Nice company, they like to talk (frequently) about how much they care for you and your Store Teams, but there’s a lot of talk and not much action. There are no progression plans for those who actually do want to continue working with the Company on a long-term scale. As long as you’re able to join a clique, you might be okay though!
Free food/beverage benefit, free music account - however minuscule raises if at all, but once your Baristas and Shift supervisors are making $5 less than you - there’s a problem.
During the pandemic, the Company’s true colors and lack of care and empathy for their employees showed, clearly; facing Stores with ridiculously planned “Happy Hours” driving customer traffic through the roof on top of insanely busy traffic, allowing Customers in stores, you know, because Starbucks is “essential” according to Rossanne and the rest of the minions. Oh and don’t forget the lovely community of “Karens” the company has birthed - they’re the most important Customer to the Brand. You’re better off elsewhere, literally anywhere; McDonald’s (also fast-food) allows more people to be working at a time than Starbucks, who sells an $8 cup of coffee, go figure.
Free food/drink, Spotify and mental health benefits.
Lack of advancement, overworked, low staffing levels, inefficient training, unrealistic expectations, Karen matters - not you
Oksana gave me her second purse and jacket and went outside. I was a little scared, but at the same time I had a pleasant ache and itch at the bottom. As soon as we left, below the group of guys sits and drinks beer. Oh, girls, hello, join us. Not beautiful for you.

Blin, you have no idea what happened at the station. I met at the bus stop with a real nigger. I thought it was only in jokes - "the negro sunbathes. " It turns out that they, too, are drawn to the. Sun (his wife chirped on the phone).
