I originally left a not so great review, however, after talking with the owner I feel that things were handled much better. The cottage was very clean, roomy and beautiful. It turned out the heater was left on and we did not realize it and we were so hot ugh. That is truly the only bad thing I could say though. They had a great selection of movies that we could watch, there were 2 full sized refrigerators in the cottage and it was so nice to be able to cook a bit with the full kitchen. I would like to come back again and make sure the heater is off lol. Very nice staff and most were very helpful.

One of the best campgrounds outthere. Majority of campgrounds nowadays are just big parking lots with tight sites looking like sardines. Here at Living Springs you still have that camping feel. Small campground but well kept. Gravel sites, all have fire pits and picnic tables, you can enjoy camp fire, smores, BBQ.... Full hookups 30 and 50 amp. Most of them are shaded. We stayed 6 days in site 10 and LOVED it. Very clean bathrooms. Grounds very well kept, no garbage anywhere on the grounds, nice landscaping and flower beds. Staff super friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you are a happy camper. They also have cabins and cottages, super cute Tiny House and OMG so adorable authentic native indian teepee!!! Small lake and creek that runs through the property.
I highly recommend this campground. We will be back! We camped at Living Springs RV and Lodging in a Motorhome.

Quite disappointed in this park. The reception at the welcome desk was superb. Very helpful and offered to walk to the site with me to ensure that we could get our large 5th wheel into the space. Did note that the rigs were very close to each other. Nice area under the pines. But, the place looks worn down and tired. For the price, I was disappointed. We camped at Living Springs RV and Lodging in a Fifth Wheel.

, My surge protector kept disconnecting me with an "Open Ground" message. No one else seemed to be having problems. Maybe, if I had connected directly I would have had power. 30AMP only at my site.

Mike Perrault I would suggest avoiding this park unless there just isn't anything else available. The best place to eat in in town is the Pizza Saloon. The kitchen is spotless. I spoke with the Chef and the owner to compliment them on how clean the place is. The bathrooms are spotless. The crowd was friendly and I did not feel like an outsider. I had on my Vietnam Vets hat and a patron at the bar bought my beer. Can't beat that.

SoloRed Lassen Volcanic National Park was beautiful. The road through the park opened the day after I arrived. You can easily spend hours on the road through the park and there are some nice hiking trails. You have to drive past Lassen Peak to the visitor center on the other side of the park to see the stunning mountain valley views. There is a nice store in Shingletown with surprisingly inexpensive gas.

Nice location in the forest just outside of Lassen Volcanic NP. Plenty of space between most of the sites. But they were pretty far from level and mostly just dirt, which meant we tracked a lot of crud into the rig. Lots of big trees and a little steam nearby. Cell reception is minimal and their WiFi struggled. We camped at Living Springs RV and Lodging in a Motorhome.

We visited Lassen Volcanic National Park from here. People were very friendly. I did find the roads in the campground hard to distinguish but the sites were nice size. We camped at Living Springs RV and Lodging in a Fifth Wheel.

Resort living springs

My hands moved from tight buttocks to my waist. I pulled up a light T-shirt. At home Natasha almost never wore a bra and her small young breasts swayed so seductively under her thin clothes, and sometimes it was difficult for me to look away from. The nipples sticking out through the clothes.

Now I saw these little pink tops of strong young breasts and could not believe that it had finally happened.

Living Springs Retreat and Barbara O'Neill

I had a lot of time to atone for Lena's sins. And so I saw her. She walked down the corridor in her favorite tight, short, gray dress.

Now discussing:

Today I dont want to. Just I thought, as you with a sharp movement brought my hands behind my back and clicked the handcuffs. Wow, he resists, now we will quickly pacify him. With these words, several hands grabbed me and dragged me along the corridor into.
