When will my order ship?
Pearson Dental strives to maintain it's 2-3 business day average time-to-ship. Please read our Terms & Conditions for details.

Can I ship my order(s) to a PO box or Hotel address?
Pearson Dental does not ship to PO boxes or Hotel addresses/locations. A commercial or residential address is required to receive your order.

Can I return a product?
Returns may be accepted in accordance with our return policy and in person at our office in Sylmar. Walk in returns are available weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm excluding holidays. Please read our return policy here.

Can I buy from any supply category?
Yes, all products are available for purchase; Medical and DEA license verification are required for orders that contain Class I or Class II drugs and devices before we ship your order.

How can I place orders with Pearson?
In addition to ordering online, you can call your order in, fax your order, visit your local Pearson branch office or use our ordering app.

Does Pearson sell dental equipment?

Can Pearson repair or maintain the equipment I have installed at my dental practice?

How do I setup a new online login?
Visit the account creation page and follow the prompts to set up your account, or contact customer service.

How do I change my password?
If you know your login, you can change your password at any time by logging into your account and visiting the password page.
If you have forgotten your current password, visit the Forgot your Password page. Enter the account number, email address and phone number associated with your account and your password will be emailed to you. You can also Contact us if you need additional assistance.

How do I edit my dental license information?
If you need to make a change to your dental license information, contact Pearson Dental Supply customer support at (800) 535-4535 and ask for Accounting Department.

How do I update my email address or add email addresses?
To change the email address you need to sign in to your personal account or contact Pearson Dental Supply customer support at (800) 535-4535 and ask for Accounting Department.

How do I change my shipping address?

How do I get assistance with my order?

What payment types are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are accepted. Monthly billing and Cash on Delivery are also available pending credit approval.

Shipping FAQs

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary per item sold depending on product weight and travel distance.
Large heavy cases of disposable goods, equipment, hazardous and refrigerated items and for shipments delivered to residential addresses may incur additional charges. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.

Is there a minimum order size?
Domestic orders have a $25 minimum. International orders have a $75 minimum.

What are my shipping options?
Shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx or OnTrac. National holidays may affect shipping times.

Will all of my items arrive in one shipment?
As products are sourced from different suppliers, you may receive multiple shipments depending on the items you select.

How can I change or cancel an order I placed online?
Please call our main office at 1-800-535-4535 immediately. All online orders are processed within 15 minutes of when they are placed, so you need to call immediately and speak directly to our customer service department to make any changes to your order.



Total Delivery Time for Your Order

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. The processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping times below.

We offer three shipping methods for most items:

  • Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days)
  • 2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
  • 1-Day Shipping (1 business day)

Please note:

  • Shipping times do not include processing time (most in stock items generally take 1-2 days to process) and Standard Shipping times only apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous states.
  • For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 days.
  • Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 3-6 weeks. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
  • Weather-related shipping delays are not within the control of LPI Certification Marketplace.

Digital Products

Digital products will be emailed immediately, after your order is processed and payment is received. Please contact customer service if you have not received your digital products within 12 hours of purchase.

Physical Products

Physical products that are in stock will usually ship within 24-48 hours after placing the order. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the product has shipped.

Ordering online from Pearson Education is quick, simple, and secure. When you find an item you'd like to add to your order, simply click the "add to cart" button. If a buy button does not appear on a product because it has not yet been published, it will be available to order within 30 days of the expected due in stock date. Shipping Stipulations and Restrictions
  • International Shipping: Import Duties & Taxes
    If your order is shipping internationally (outside the U.S.) it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Pearson Education has no control over these charges and cannot estimate wha they will be. Any charge that might be incurred is the customer's responsibility. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

  • P.O. Boxes
    Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Standard Shipping
    Orders placed prior to 7 PM ET Monday-Friday shipping via standard shipping should ship the next business day. Orders placed after 7 PM ET should ship in 2 business days. Order placed after 7 PM ET on Friday should ship on Tuesday.

  • Expedited Shipping
    Orders placed prior to 11:30 AM ET Monday - Friday shipping via expedited shipping should ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM ET should ship the next business day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM ET on Friday should ship on Monday.

Backordered Products
We will notify you if one of your selections is on backorder, and retain this backorder for out of stock products for 30 days. If the product is not back in stock after this period, we will notify you so that you may make another selection. If the product is back in stock within 30 days, we will fulfill the original order. Note that if some of your order of multiple products is out of stock, the in stock items will be shipped right away.

You may cancel a backordered product by simply e-mailing your request to: [email protected] Please be sure to include your order number with your request.

Along with your shipment, you will receive an invoice documenting product charges, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Your invoice will state that you have prepaid your order by credit card. Your credit card will not be billed until the product ships.

Sales Tax
As a result of having representation in every state, Pearson Education is required to collect state sales tax for orders shipped to most states.

Within 30 days of shipment date, you may return the following products, for any reason, for a full refund (less shipping costs):
  • Any book in its original condition (unmarked, not damaged)

  • Any unopened bundled product (still in its plastic shrink-wrap)
    Please note that refunds or credits will be given on returns of Valuepack purchases only when all package components are returned together.

As of November 1, 2021, all returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA). To request your RMA, please email your request to [email protected] Products should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method such as UPS. Please affix the barcode that comes with the RMA to the outside of the package. Returns received without an RMA will be rejected. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for any return received without an RMA.
