Like the overall Encompass Rating System, the Culture & Community Beacon is designed to evolve as metrics are developed and ready for integration. Our partnership with Feedback Labs and Guidestar by Candid, and other partners including Fund for Shared Insight, GlobalGiving, and Keystone Accountability, enables us to launch the first version of this beacon with Constituent Feedback information collected on Candid's site.
Feedback practices have been shown to support better Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion outcomes, an essential area of assessment that we intend to further expand and develop in the future. Feedback Labs has documented several studies which indicate that beyond achieving organizational goals, nonprofits that are attentive and responsive to concerns and ideas raised by beneficiaries establish stronger relationships with the people they serve, promote greater equity, and empower constituents in ways that can help to ensure better long-term outcomes. You can find resources to help nonprofits improve their feedback practices here.

Lead Teacher in Chattanooga, TN
Unorganized and chaotic
I have addressed many of my issues to Little Miss Mag efficiently and appropriately. Constantly advocating for my class to upgrade and be treated equally. However, nothing was ever done. It took me quitting and reaching out to the board to get anything done for my class. I did everything I could for and only wish the kids the best. They have some serious organization problems and fear confrontation.Teacher in Chattanooga, TN
Baby Sitting
This is not a teaching job. Baby sitting all day with coworkers that sit on their cell phones and yell at the kids. If the parents were aware of the way this daycare is run they wouldn’t pay the ridiculous tuition. If you are a hard worker and an honest person, you will not enjoy this job. Only a few employees have backgrounds in education or degrees. There is zero support given to the employees. The administration has their list of favorites and the other employees are treated unfairly.Teacher in Chattanooga, TN
Hard work, but so rewarding
This place is awesome to work for. I had so much fun with the kids. It's hard work, but worth it because you get to watch the kids grow up and use what you've taught them. It's bittersweet to see them move on to Kindergarten, but I'm so glad I got to spend a year with them. The pay is not awesome, but the board treats you very well.Volunteer in Chattanooga, TN
Fun Work Place With Children
I had an afternoon shift. A typical day would be coming in during naptime then waking them up getting them ready for snack time and playtime. take them outdoors or let them play inside depending on the weather. bathroom breaks and time outs. waiting for the parents to come. I learned to be more patient. I worked with wonderful bubbly people. The hardest part of the job I would say is I coudnt baby them. The most enjoyable part would be interacting with the children.See all reviews

Super young employees do the interviewing. They are clueless and asked the same questions over and over.

It doesn’t matter your past experience, if someone has higher education, they are getting paid more. Even if they have never worked in a school.

As long as it didn’t reveal too much. Everything was casual. No shoes in the classroom though

"69" - I suggested. Well, no. Now I need to take a break, but for tonight I didn't have to do a blow job.

Madame Solbe was getting ready to take a bath and was completely naked. She didn't immediately notice her oversight and Hobs could see this delightful, exciting nudity for several minutes. While I wash, "she said," you get bored or look at these magazines, I think they will interest you. The magazines really turned out to be interesting - they were famous parnographic publications.
Carried away by magazines, he did not notice how half an hour passed.
