I went to Signature in Perry after visiting two other dealerships for a transmission issue in my car. The other two dealers will not be named: they did a perfectly fine job but ultimately, they did not quite get the issue solved. I want to call out an employee in Signature Perry's Service department. Aaron truly gave me 5 star service. I will admit that I walked in with a lot of problems and little patience. Aaron listened to every detail of each problem that I was having. Overall, my car ended up spending about two months in the shop getting repaired. Aaron consistently called me with an update twice a week. Every time I called with questions, he was extremely patient and when he was unavailable, he always got back to me timely. I must add that the rest of the staff, including the mechanics and techs that worked my vehicle did a great job as well and were very thorough, but most of my interaction was with Aaron. He was the perfect example of how an employee should be. Thank you Signature Auto Service, and thank you Aaron. 5 stars well deserved!

After choosing to drive General Motors products all my life, I decided to make a move to Ford products for several reasons. Many factors played into my decision; examples...Ford has a higher towing capacity, cabs are bigger (crew cabs) they set higher, they handle more like a truck, the cabs are quieter, and they have option differences. The moral of the story is that I got more truck with the Ford, for $110 a month cheaper than the Chevrolet. I went from a 2015 Chevrolet 1500 Z71 4x4 crew cab, to a 2018 Ford F150 4x4 Off Road crew cab. As far as the dealership goes. I dealt with Scott Iski….great guy, no pressure sales experience, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, but did offer options. There was full disclosure throughout the process, there was no hidden fees or costs, everything was in writing and honored as written. I've had very limited experience with the service department, but it has been all positive. I would recommend the dealership as a whole, whether the Perry or Owosso location.

What is a reservation?  

A reservation lets you select your vehicle and be among the first to order a new Maverick truck from Ford. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery. 

What steps are required to complete my reservation? 

Go online and select “Reserve Now,” fill out the reservation form and submit your request to join the list for a new Maverick truck. A confirmation will display after the form is submitted and an email with be sent to the address in the reservation form. 

When can I order my vehicle? 

We will help you select and build your Maverick truck. We will also help you agree on pricing and finalize your order for production. The Maverick truck ordering window opens at the beginning of June 2021.  

When will my vehicle be delivered? 

Maverick truck production and deliveries to Ford Dealers will begin fall 2021. Actual delivery times may vary based on configuration selected, residency and demand. Once your vehicle is scheduled for production, you will receive further notification from us about its status. 

Am I buying this vehicle directly from Ford? 

No. The purchase agreement will be between you and (insert dealer name), not you and Ford Motor Company. A deposit is not required from Ford to submit a reservation.

Center service perry ford

So this has been an issue for over 2 months with this dealership. Traded in my Subaru on October 26, 2016. Eric, the sales guy: awesome. He's the only person there that actually cares about the customer. So after I traded in my car, that's when the issues started. They hit my credit 12 times with 12 different banks before they finally say, "enough, lets find a bank for Michael and stop hitting his credit." After getting the payoff from Subaru of $26,447.00 that's good til November 19, I'm good as of November 15/16 after chad in finance along with Mauricio saying to me and my girlfriend we got you don't worry, it's taken care of. Fast forward to now, I am being told from chase last Wednesday that there is still money owed on my car because perry did not send in the payment until November 23, 4 days after the deadline with no one checking the payoff should they go past November 19. Instead of getting a new 10 day payoff amount back in November, they go by the seat of their pants and say oh well, let the customer pay. I am having to pay the interest and outstanding balance on a car that I have not had for almost 2 months now, and they decide to tell me this 3 days before the 30 day overdue deadline, which will severely impact my and my girlfriends credit. I am being also told that, since they screwed up with the payoff, that I either pay the amount that's overdue for that time, or they sue me for it. Bob, the sales manager, is basically telling me, "it is what it is, either you can pay that amount, or we will take you to small claims." I will never trade in my car again, and especially not to perry ford, after being extorted for a payment on a vehicle that is sitting for sale on their lot and after being sent a check a few weeks ago for the overage amount that they supposedly paid on my trade. They are rude, ethically and morally irresponsible and expect their customers to pay for their mistakes. I want the money I had to pay back, or I will be sending an invoice and send to collections the amount that I had to pay for this mistake. If there is anyone who is smart enough to stay away from this place, do so immediately. I also don't appreciate the extortion that bob has threatened me with.
